8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday

Purpose and Scope of Position:

The Bi-lingual HR recruiter performs key HR support duties including recruiting and overall HR generalist administrative support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participates in recruiting and hiring activities on daily basis as needed by the organization.
  • Performs front-desk receptionist duties to welcome visitors and applicants in a friendly, professional manner
  • Processes payroll-related paperwork including new hire system entry, transfers, and personnel changes
  • Maintains data integrity within current payroll/HR system to provide accurate reporting information
  • Assists HR Director with special projects and with Ad Hoc reports as needed
  • Provides filing and other administrative duties for HR team as needed
  • Ensures the company visitor policy is followed
  • Maintains strict confidentiality regarding personnel-related issues
  • Teaches new hire orientation classes when needed in English or Spanish
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

  • Must be fully Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
  • One year of office experience required
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail, be flexible, self-sufficient, proactive, team-player, accountable and collaborative in a rapidly changing, high-volume recruiting environment
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism with confidential material
  • The ability to be highly organized and manage many projects with deadlines
  • A positive and professional attitude with strong ethics and integrity
  • Proven track record of drive for results and accuracy, compliance and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Training Requirements 

  • High School Diploma required

Preferred Skills, Experience, Education/Training and/or Competencies:

  • The ideal candidate would have 2 years of experience recruiting front-line production workers for manufacturing.
